Free Standard Shipping Orders Currently Over SGD76 / RM 230

Orders are currently shipping UP TO  14-21 business days due to the COVID-19.

(Due to certain promotions or unchangeable events , such as 1111 or diseases, the shipping  may  later than 14 days)



How did my package ship?

A tracking number starting with “GMJ” means your package shipped via Goodmaji. A tracking number starting with “ACSG” means your package shipped via NINJA VAN.

The carrier we use to ship your order is dependent on the country.



How long will my package take to arrive?

It normally take around 5-14 business days to you. For recipient whose address is East Malaysia, it will take 7-14 business days to you.


What are business days?

Business days are “regular” business operating days, Monday through Friday. Our warehouse does not ship on Saturday and Sunday.


How do I know my parcel has shipped?

You can check your shipping status on Orders>> The red button Check.

The deliver status will be “ shipped” if it had been shipped.


How do I track my parcel?

For MY order, please go to https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/trackingto track your parcel.

For SG order, please go to https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/trackingto track your parcel.

After posting out, you will get a tracking number and the tracking link through your mail.

How much is the shipping fee?


Under 1 kg is RM27(roughly SGD9)

1-1.5 kg is RM35 (roughly SGD12)

1.5-2 kg is RM43 (roughly SGD14)

Above 2 kg is RM 50 (roughly SGD17)


Under 1 kg is RM 11

1-2 kg is RM13

2-3 is RM15

Above 2 kg is RM17

Business Days are Monday through Friday.

Orders are processed through our system every business day at 8 AM PST. All orders placed after 8 AM PST will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 1-2 additional business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.



 How should I make a payment?

The system provide online transfer or online card for payment.

※ SG customers can only make payment via online credit card.



Are there any other additional fees?

No. there are no other processing or additional fees.

Why the system can only pay in RM dollar but not the SG dollar?

Due to the system setting, you can only check out in RM(the system will automatically exchange a rough SGD amount for you), but you can switch the SGD and the language while browsing.





Can I make a return if I don’t satisfied with the product?

Sorry, due to the hygiene of the products,we don’t accept any returns or refund due to any personal reasons. If you have any hesitations or questions, please contact us via the Facebook fan page.


What if my product is damaged in transit?
